"THE C.O.M. NEWS", SEPTEMBER 2005 nr. 114

During its Congress held on 3rd September 2005, in Zutphen (Netherlands), the O.M.J.-E.C. considered the following cases:

• Mr. T.J.M. VERSLEIJEN:        unjustifiable disqualification at Acht / Eindhoven.
                                                        The O.M.J.-E.C. has decided to issue a warning to this breeder.

• Mr. R. BINDSCHÄDEL:           disqualification for serious fault at the 2005 World Show in Bad Salzuflen.
                                                        The O.M.J.-E.C. has decided the suspension and exclusion of this breeder-exhibitor for a period of three (3) years.
                                                        This sanction will be lifted on the 1st February 2008.

• Mr. J. CUYPERS:                      disqualification for serious fault at the 2005 World Show in Bad Salzuflen.
                                                        The O.M.J.-E.C. has decided the suspension and exclusion of this breeder-exhibitor for a period of three (3) years.
                                                        This sanction will be lifted on the 1st February 2008.

All the above decisions were submitted to the C.O.M.-B.D., which has ratified them on 4th September 2005.
