| APPLICATIONS FOR STAGING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS |
C.O.M.-Portugal has presented its
application to organise the 2010 World Championship. The final decision by the
C.O.M.-B.D. will be officially confirmed at the
C.O.M. Congress in January 2006, in Zutphen (Netherlands).
The duration of a “C.O.M. World Show” (Northern Hemisphere) will
be limited to a maximum of twelve (12) days, starting always on the third Thursday
of January. It will be open to the public during five (5) days including a weekend.
The member countries may present their nominations to organise the 2011 World
Championship, by letter addressed to the C.O.M. General President before 30th
June 2006. This will be the final date by which to decide on the 2011 World
Show and notify the C.O.M. / O.M.J. Congress in Montilla (Córdoba), Spain.
